Happy Tuesday! I am going to visit a close friend today, so the day is starting out well! Will definitely be the bright spot of my day, before I work another overnight shift tonight. We are going out for Mexican food for lunch. Never can go wrong with a Mexican restaurant. I hope your day can be filled with an extra bright spot to warm your heart. Enjoy!

    • Thanks Kat! I am sure I will. Just glad I made it here with time to spare! Traffic can get bad coming this way but wasn’t too bad this morning. She moved a little further away so we meet in the middle now. About an hour’s drive for each of us.

  6. I agree about Mexican food, you can never go wrong with it. Unless you eat it in Mexico. Those Mexicans don’t know how to make Mexican food.

    As to #4, you can always safely disagree with your wife, just as long as you do so silently.

  7. #3 is an important thing we should remember, #4 & #5 made me laugh! But, I think #7 should be printed out and put on our refrigerators or bathroom doors so we see it every day. It’s something we are all guilty of … not listening, but rather formulating our rebuttal or response as the person is speaking.

    Have a great time with your friend today and try to get a nap before work tonight!

      Thanks. Had a wonderful time, the time is always too short when we are together but we make the most it! I got my nap in too. Now to start with the caffeine. 😉

  13. I also got a good laugh out of the numbered pigs; the one about fire seems a little dangerous – are you suggesting we let our house burn to the ground if they catch on fire? Would you tell the firemen to leave it be, that they don’t understand our flame? 🙂

      I did have a wonderful lunch, thanks! Just wasn’t long enough, but really glad we finally got time to do it. Our schedules had been in conflict for awhile now.
