When its a long shot, but you seize the opportunity … for if you don’t … you will always be wondering What If I Had…!
When you start by changing one thing … and than another … and next thing you know you have a big project on your hands.
When you dish it out … be prepared for the dish to be returned.
Love love love the dish being returned!!!!!

I have always liked to joke around which gets me into “trouble” a lot! LOL! So basically I have had the “dish” returned a lot. 😂

Carpe longshot!
When I make my bed and try to even the bedsheets, that has been know to create a big project. Fortunately, I don’t have to go far to get some rest.
There should be a law against dishes that return.

Yes a new motto. “Carpe longshot!”
LOL! Well I sm impressed that you do the hard work of making your bed.
Haha! Yes, always be able to serve the dish but say its unreturnable. May have saved you from being a duck, eh! 😉

I like to show a little ambition in the morning, by making my bed. That way I don’t feel guilty about lazing around the rest of the day.

LOL! Well hey, if you are feeling real ambitious you could cook breakfast for your wife some mornings.

She doesn’t eat breakfast. Besides, she wouldn’t let me. She’s made it clear that the kitchen belongs to her.

I don’t eat a big breakfast except on some weekends when my husband will make his omelets. So does the kitchen belong to her because you don’t load the dishwasher the correct way, or does the pot boil over making a mess on the stove?

No, I actually studied a textbook on how to cook, and was making some pretty good dishes. But she insists on being the cook, and I’m lazy, so I surrendered in this war fairly quickly.

Share your knowledge with my husband, I wouldn’t mind having him cook!

As far as dishes being returned, some of the comment sections of you stories are like a potluck dinner.

Too many “what if” moments in my younger days. Never again. I’ve had a great life, but I do wish I could have a second shot at some of those things. Live and learn.

I’m sure restaurants are hoping that whatever plates they use to serve their food on are returned… 🙂
