Monday’s Snapshot Memories!

Yes it is Monday again! How did the week-end go so fast? Hopefully this little snapshot post down memory lane will put a smile on your face and start off your Monday right!

My girls loved playing outside when they were young and they played hard. As you see the bike is left on its side and they have collapsed. Doesn’t seem to matter that one part of the chair is totally down on the pavement, my oldest is still laying there.

Beautiful parrots at a Bird and Butterfly Aviary in Canada. It was a 3 story building and I would love to go back. It is  like you are walking  into a rain forest. Wanted to find the picture of my daughter with birds all over her, as she was feeding them, but couldn’t find it. She loved it. The funny thing about that is my husband said he wasn’t going into the caged off place to feed the birds, for he was sure they would poop on him. So he stayed out and guess what flew over his head and got him 🙂 I think the bird had heard him talking!

We went on the Maid of the Mist boat ride to see Niagara Falls. Beautiful sight! Will try to post more pics of the Falls later. Walked behind the Falls as you see my daughters in the shadows 🙂

Years pass so quickly, thankful for the memories! Go make some memories today with your loved ones!

  1. From what I can see your daughters are adorable! I love the parrot picture too. Looks like a fun place to go! I can’t wait to see your Niagra pictures – I have never been there. How old are your girls now JR?

  2. Thanks PJ! Yes it is a great place to go and you have to go visit Niagara Falls! The girls want to go back! We went when they were 7 and 9. My in-laws went with us on the trip and I want to get her pics for her camera did a much better job then mine did. I have a better one now, the problem now is my pics stay on my camera card! I got to get them organized on the computer and into books!! My girls are 13 and 15 now, TEENAGERS!! Do yous see why I keep being sentimental and going back to their younger years 🙂 It pulls on your heartstrings how fast they grow, of course when I was reminiscing about their younger years again one time, my youngest was like, “Mom, you need to get yourself a baby!” HAHA!
