Talking about warming the heart … holding my great-niece yesterday and watching my parent’s hold her was one of my favorite things. What was a heart warming moment for you this past week?
When you see a news article that says, “New research shows that a Vitamin D deficiency can increase the risk of dementia…” and you tell yourself, what do they know … as you think about booking a 3 month trip to the Caribbean this winter … to lay in the sun!

I like the Julie Andrews story. I think that was pretty classy, bringing out the old cast to lead a sing-a-long. But I would note that “fa” is not a long, long way to run. Hasn’t anyone ever noticed that typo before?

Aww, great photo of your dad and your great niece. The heartwarming moment of the week for us was seeing our son and future daughter-in-law’s engagement pictures. He must really be in love because he tolerated four hours of picture-taking at the beach, in the redwoods, etc. Whose kid is this? 🤣🤣🤣 We had a hard time getting him to take one picture. The photos turned out well. Times have changed—I don’t think we took engagement photos.

Yes, how times change. I didn’t have engagement pics, no fancy pregnant announcement on FB, and no gender reveal party. How did we make it? 😂😂
