Sometimes the wait is long …. Sometimes in our impatience we give up … And Sometimes the miracle is waiting for just the right time!
There is no age limit on friendship…All that is needed are open hearts.

Yeah, not sure I recommend sending mail that way. LOL!
Glad you enjoyed the story. There is just something about simple children’s stories that one never gets too old for. š

I don’t mind the waiting as long as I am waiting for something.

As long as I know that the something I am waiting for will definitely happen, then I can handle it. š

Are you waiting for puns?

LOL! Umm…those are something that I don’t typically have to wait for. Amazing how that happens.

I anticipate pun needs before people know that they need them. That is my special gift. That and getting stuff off of high shelves.

“Pun needs”?
I am probably going to regret asking this, but what do you mean by a need? What exactly is going to happen if one doesn’t get their daily quota of puns?
And yes you tall guys are useful for reaching high shelves, but we do have step stools too. š

If you don’t regularly groan and smack your head, people might begin wondering about your sanity.

And yes, I know you will take the word “help” seriously, because you are so “thoughtful!” that way.

I like the video. It encourages kids to throw their worthless letters into the fireplace, thereby providing a convenient means for parents to get rid of the correspondence. I also like that a rocketship landed in the kid’s neighborhood, as this dovetails nicely with my post, today. I just hope that kid recently ate a bean burrito. All-in-all, I think this video was an excellent choice for the Christmas season.

Oh gosh! Well your last line saved me from …”smacking my head”! Thank you. š

Good. You must keep your head on your shoulders, to handle the hectic Christmas season.

Don’t worry its on their pretty tight and Christmas shopping just needs a few more clicks of the button at the computer and its finished! Now if I could just have Lattes delivered to my door as easily as packages come.

Maybe one day they’ll figure out how to do that. Then you can poison yourself from the convenience of your couch.

I have found that the best thing to do just before boarding an 18 hour flight to Asia is to eat a couple of large bean burritos.

Oooh the poor people who sit around you or do you purchase a whole row of seats for yourself?

I just bring enough burritos for all my neighbors.

That could come in very handy in case your plane runs out of jet fuel over the Pacific Ocean.

Wouldn’t they be wearing masks, due to Covid?

Masks are not effective against the burrito variant.

What is effective against it? Can I use it on my blog to stop this soo “enlightening” conversation?

Her stamp must have had forever postage, especially when burning the letter was the way to send it. Not a bad message about no age on friendship.
