When you may not always agree with your young adult child, but you enjoy the deeper conversations.
When the pictures in your phone are finally being set free! Love making Shutterfly books!
What is on your anti-bucket list? Something that you tried once, and won’t do again! Or something you have no interest in trying. I can assure you bungee-jumping is something I have no longing to try!
Wow, there is a long list of stuff that I have no desire to do. Where would I start?

LOL! Well I could have added alot to my list as well. Whats the first couple things that come to your mind?

Well, I’ve no desire to bungee jump as you pointed out.
I have no desire to go scuba diving though some people love it.
I don’t want to climb the tallest mountains, though I like hiking in the mountains. Just not for the accomplishment.
I don’t really want to go parachuting, but you could probably talk me into it.

I once wanted to go parachuting, but that has since dropped off my list.

You could climb a tall mountain near the sea, jump off with a parachute and scuba gear, plummet into the water and accomplish three items at once. Though climbing mountain in swim fins is probably awkward.

This sounds like good advice for those who have long bucket lists. The longer the list, the more important time management becomes.

I agree with all of them. My nephew went scuba diving and loved it. I would love to see the beautiful fish underwater BUT I will content myself with seeing pictures.
I don’t think I could be talked into parachuting, maybe if offered a real big bribe!

I’m just afraid of mermaids.
What if at the end of the parachute adventure, assuming you survive, there is a coffee shop with the most delicious coffee drinks and the most handsome, wavy brown-haired, guy working the counter?

Oh gosh! You almost made me spit out my coffee! LOL! I am enjoying my caramel banana latte right now.
I wonder what a mermaid phobia Is called. 🙂

According to the internet, Serenephobia is the fear of mermaids.

Seriously, there is really a name for it, or is this the same as cows changing colors? 🙂

The answer is just one internet search away.

Hmmm…. well if you are the nicest person than I think Cara deserves a big raise, some new wonderful flavors of coffee at the coffee shop and maybe she could win the grand prize in the annual contest that Bittersweet Creek holds each year.

Does she have a prize farm animal?

Why yes, a sweet, innocent lamb I think would make a very nice prize for her!

Very true! So will Cara get a sweet lamb as a prize and a raise and plenty of coffee from the real nice coffeeshop owner? 🙂

I think Cara needs her coffee limited lest we see a repeat of the birthday incident.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Oh gosh, No, we don’t want a repeat of that! But…..if she had a nice, sweet lamb, that would probably keep her calm, no matter how much coffee she had. I guess we will see with your next story. Like you pointed out, we all have to help each other. LOL!

You better write the lamb part. I am not so good with animals

OH, you are funny! “Not so good with animals…” says the one who is basically responsible for Betsy and her escapades that she has had. Though you do have trouble telling the difference between a hippo and a giraffe! Hmmm… maybe you are right. 🙂

He may consider a lobotomy.

In stead of a frontal lobotomy I’d rather have a bottle in-front-o-me.

That would go with the lobotomy that I suggested. They give him the donkey brain and the ears!

Ouch! And here I thought that you were the nice one in this group. I was just thinking how much easier it would be to keep one’s glasses from slipping with donkey ears.

LOL! You started it, yeah right about just thinking of keeping the glasses up! And yes, I am the nice, sweet one! 🙂

Hmm, an anti-Bucket List. I’ve never considered that before. The first things that pop into my head are pretty lame: holding snakes, running long distances, looking down from high places, and being afraid to try something new,

I agree with all of them though don’t let fear keep you from trying something new, for you never know what may happen! 🙂
Blogging was something new for me, I had no idea of what to expect!

That;’s what I’m trying to say. I go after what I want now and don’t worry about what someone else thinks. I didn’t use to have that mindset when I was a lot younger. This version is much more empowering.

An anti-bucket list! I love the idea… I’ve never actually thought about what I’d never want to try. Hmm…any sort of eating competition comes to mind. I recently saw a mini-doc on a chill-eating competition, where with each new round the scoville rating of the chilli pepper jumped higher. That is not something I’d EVER want to be a part of. 🙂 Hope you are well.
