Happy Tuesday! The sun is streaming through the window, and I feel its warmth. Yes, I have Christmas music playing too as I sit at the computer. It is the month of December, so not too early to play it and we have many Christmas CD’s to listen too. Though it seems like each year I pick a handful of my favorites and they are the ones to get played all month long. Do you have a favorite Christmas CD? Well whether you are listening to Christmas music, Rock, Classical, Country or Pop, or none at all … enjoy the following quotes. Have a great Tuesday! The first quote isn’t a new one, but something always important to remember as we shop for that “perfect gift”. I do love buying gifts that I think my family and friends will love, but the Grinch quote is so true!

I’m sure Jason would agree with #3.
I like broccoli, but chocolate isn’t too bad, either.
#8 is probably my favorite. Whenever you win at any struggle, remember what you did. It could come in handy in the future.

Yes, I expect Jason will agree with Number 3! I debated including it. LOL!
Very true about Number 8!

I like broccoli. It is one of the most nutritious vegetables.

Is it still nutritious if dipped in French Onion dip. I do like broccoli raw. 🙂

I can assure you that I won’t ruin tasty caramel by putting it on broccoli!

Sadly we saw that it is leaving Netflix at the end of the month, which would mean super binge watching for us! LOL!

I know, that’s a bummer. We do have the box set of DVDs of the entire series, I just don’t know if we have a DVD player anymore 🙂

#3. The milk had no business getting into the coffee in the first place.

Never underestimate the power of a brownie. With nuts. Or without.

I like nuts, but not in my brownies. But yes they hold power, and chocolate cake with icing does as well!

I ate chocolate chip ice cream for lunch today, just because I felt like it. No broccoli, but I did put frozen berries on top to make it healthier. 🙂

There you go! Berries are fruit and fruit is healthy!
I think the key is moderation. I am sure you didn’t have 3 bowls for lunch. 🙂

I love the artwork of #1. Henrietta loves #3 of #4. I like #7 but, I like broccoli, too. #10 is my fave.

I love when the quote has a great picture with it! I think you confused Henrietta with Betsy! Betsy would like Number 3. 🙂
10 is a good thing to strive for, eh!

No. I meant the #4 picture…the Code of Elves. #3 says:
“The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.”
Isn’t Henrietta the singing hippo?

Oops I was the confused one. LOL! Yes, she is the singing, long necked hippo and I did think of her too with that quote!

Number 2… Never heard that one before. But it said a lot to me. I had to go sit on the beach with a good bottle of wine and contemplate it for awhile. Resulted in the title for a rather short article.
And I like both broccoli and chocolate. Just not at the same time. 😉

Broccoli is one of my favorite veggies . . . but I still vote for #7 because it made me laugh.
And #10 and #1 (love the Grinch and Seuss and the artwork).
