Do you remember that one of his achievements was his ability to fly very high? So naturally when he’s talking about you, he’s talking highly about you.
Yes! Told you that you would be wrong! No crabs at all. 😛They were hiding!
Thanks and “Haha!” There was a little boy watching me intently.
Oh but the seagulls learned what room we were in! I had the balcony door open so that we could listen to the waves crashing. We were sitting on the bed talking when my friend screamed. 2 seagulls were swooping towards the open door! We were on the 11th floor. She jumped up to close the door as I was doubled over laughing. 🙂
I know, that is why it is often better for the women to go off by themselves. The men just can’t compete with that sort of word power and the part of our brain that interprets speech shuts down to protect itself.
Yes, try two things:
1) only talk about one thing at a time and put a gap in between this and the next topic.
2) say what you mean and don’t expect us to get the subtext and know what you are really talking about.
Oh gosh, yes, I am guilty of not putting gaps in. But the thing is if we leave those gaps between we may forget the very important thing that we need to say!
….mmm….I may be guilty of the subtext as well, but….it would just be easier if men’s brains were like ours! LOL!
Oh, wait a minute. You had told me before that you were talking about the crabs bothering Candy Cane, right?
But remember she is safe at the North Pole while certain elves are stuck somewhere that they have never been…. Hmmm…. 😉
Thanks Jim.
Yes, the ocean just never loses its charm!
Always happy when Sherry and I can be together. Fortunately we don’t live too far from each other.
The rocks in the foreground point out to sea in the middle of the photo. This makes the eye want to explore the photo. It is often something I try, usually unsuccessfully, to achieve.
Well now you have me feeling even better about the picture, Mr. Wonderful Photographer! 🙂
Can’t say I was really trying to achieve anything. We just were walking and talking and passed that spot and I thought Hey, that would make a nice picture with the rocks. 🙂
I’m glad you had a good time. And I’m sure some seagulls were glad you visited them. Laughter and good talks are priceless.

I would say that your sincerity equals the sincerity that I have for the poor elves when they meet misfortune.

Nope! No water on me, though I think the POOR elves aren’t as lucky! LOL!

Glad you had some fun at the beach. Somewhere, some family is talking about that crazy lady they saw talking to and feeding the seagulls.

I usually run out of things to say before I open my mouth.

It does depend on who I am with. The “water hose” doesn’t just run all the time! But when Sherry and I are together it is pretty constant. 🙂

Yes, men can only handle about 25% of the words that women can speak in an average day.

So when it feels like our words are bouncing off the ceiling its because we have gone over our 25% quota?.

If men were more like women, women quickly lose their interest in men.
