Time is ticking away and the sound of a train coming down the tracks is getting closer! Want to let all of you know that if I disappear off the radar in the near future, have no fear, the Wicked Witch or the Queen of Hearts did not find me. If confused, you can see yesterday’s post, How Should it End? Nope, all is well, I will be enjoying riding the rails to … hmmm…. maybe I found a ticket to Wonderland! 🙂 Have any of you taken a trip on a train before? This will be a first for us! While your wheels are turning at wondering where my family and I may be off too, enjoy the quotes for today, they won’t leave you in suspense! 🙂 Have a wonderful day!

Happy Tuesday 💜

Oh I have! It was wonderful! We went from Oklahoma city to San Antonio Texas. While not a long adventure, it was great views plus the seating areas were all reclining seats, has outlets for charging so I could use my laptop, and observation car that was total glass for stunning scenery, a cocktail lounge and restaurant. I’d love a private sleeping car and a long long adventure!

I love riding trains… Wether it is a 7 hours long ride, or just a short half hour, there’s always something cool to check out. Enjoy your journey 🙂 xx

I’m having a hard time understanding Thought #9. But it goes very deep, and is probably out of my depth.
Enjoy your train ride. If you don’t post for a while, I’ll look for you the next time I’m stopped at a railroad crossing.

Oh I think you can grasp Number 9, it still may be within your depth! Isn’t it nice to know when other people are struggling with perhaps the same thing that you struggle with? Knowing you aren’t alone? Or maybe that’s the problem, you have it all totally together, I mean I already know that you don’t struggle with a coffee addiction. 🙂
Yes, start waving now at all the railroad crossings you come too, perhaps then I will see you!

Your questions, master, are too deep for me to answer. But I have a question for you. If Amtrak serves good food, does that make it a chew-chew train?

“Master” eh, I think I will need to remember that! Could come in handy. 😀
Oh gosh! Hmmm …I will let you know, once I find out if the food is good or not. Hopefully at least the coffee is. 😊

These were great. LOVED the one about the neighbor talking to their cat and the observer going home and telling the dog! 😂

In 2012, I took Amtrak’s auto train from Florida to DC and back again a few weeks later. “Slept” on the train both ways. Ate dinner and breakfast on the train. Food was great.

Fine by me.
Also fine if you “adjust” it to suit your needs.

I wish I could wish No. 2 on everyone I know who is stressing out about something. It’s so easy to do. A train ride sounds nostalgic and romantic and my next thought is make sure you pack lots of snacks.

Hi Eli! Thanks for stopping by and No. 2 is a wonderful wish to give people!
Ahh! -Yes, I agree about the nostalgia and romantic part. ☺️ and no worries we will be prepared with snacks! LOL! But I am hearing that the food on the train is really good, I will let you know!
