Happy August!!  This time next week I will be sitting on the sand watching the wonderful ocean waves!  Ahhh! Take a deep breath and breathe in that salt air!  A perfect way to enjoy Summer days!  We may go on a hike this evening, which is another way to enjoy summer, when it is not too hot.  We do still want to go on the 1000 step trail sometime. Yes, there is a 1000 steps to the top where there is an amazing view I am told!  I will post pics on here when we do it.  Hope that your view of life today can be wonderful!  Enjoy these quotes and may help to brighten your view!

    • I was pretty certain that you would mention Number 1. I saw it and thought of how I had heard something very similar to those words before from someone. 🙂 You are right, it is very true!!

      I know you feel the same way about Number 7 as I do too. Another true one. 🙂

  11. It took me a long time to catch on to #8, but it’s a lesson well learned. Never a good idea to tempt fate! 🙂

    I think my favorites are really #2 and #10 – they seem to relate to one another in my mind somehow. Maybe that’s something to think about! Then again, there usually is something to think on in these posts, which is one of the many reasons I love them!

    Yes, Number 8 can take a bit to learn sometimes. I learned it when I became a parent. 🙂 Yes, I was one of those that thought, “My kid will never throw tantrums in a grocery store!” Oh my! I changed my tune quick when my kids were little! 🙂
    You are right Number 2 and 10 do kind of relate to each other. I hadn’t even thought of that, thanks for pointing it out.
