Thought provoking and interesting! There is much said in just 7 words. Thank-you!

Re the last one: Wouldn’t the answer depend on which direction I was going?

Not always 🙂

But if the wind is behind me, it will always tend to propel me. If the wind is against me, it will always tend to restrain me. I can determine the ultimate outcome, but don’t simple laws of physics provide your answer?

Ohhhh…..but what if…..I am not sure if I should finish my answer. LOL!

Oh you know me, I have to reply. Sometimes there can be 2 answers, it depends how you define wind. 🙂

Okay… you’ve got my attention. What are the 2 answers, and how would you define wind?

The first answer is your definition which is correct. I was thinking that way in the beginning, but like you said the Law of Physics answers that question, so why ask it. 🙂
But the Law of Physics doesn’t explain how you handle the “winds” of life! When the wind blows hard does it knock you down and hold you back from moving forward or does it give you extra strength to propel you forward?

You need to be more precise that that. “Winds of life”????? We all have to meet challenges, obstructions, diversions etc.. but caused by wind??? The bible refers to many winds, but all are the result of air movement. Even figuratively speaking, I have heard of uphill battles (“fixing all the issues was a continuous uphill battle”…. but I’ve never heard of “fixing all the issues was a continuous head wind”! I think you just made it all up!

Ohhh gosh, okay I guess it is “storms of life” that you hear people say. How do I get myself into these messes? BUT….there is WIND in a storm! 🙂

Storms of Life makes much more sense. Not only is it the title to a Randy Travis album, but it is also referenced in biblical contexts. Winds of life? Nonsense! 🙂
